does it matter if I’ve never had coaching before?
No in fact it could be seen as a bonus as you’ll be more open to learning new things. Most people that come to coaching have never worked on their minds. It’s an exciting new place to be and the changes that will happen. Be ready to finally achieve a new way of living your life.
will it all be on mindset? how will that work?
The mind is the key to your happiness and we are never taught how to build a relationship with it. Most of the coaching will be on changing your mind and creating a happy place. However, anything is open to discussion in the session. If you’re struggling with something it normally starts in the mind.
what if I don’t want to share in the group coaching?
Absolutely fine the coaching is for you and some people get more from listening than sharing. It can take some people a few weeks to get relaxed enough to be able to share but once they do something changes. They often have the best advice as well.
how do I know if group coaching is for me?
You won’t know until you jump into the sessions. Group coaching is a safe space for you to open up and work on the things that are causing them to be unsatisfied with life. As you share in the group you’ll often find you are not alone and other women are going through the same.
my mind is all over the place can you really help me?
Yes, I can your mind is in a pattern of behaviour that is causing you to feel all over the place. Once you start the coaching sessions and understand your mind and build a relationship with it everything will change for the better. In fact, you’ll feel like a brand new person.
can I leave at any time if it’s not working for me?
Yes of cause you can. It’s disruptive for other people if someone is not enjoying the group coaching. I do recommend that new coachees try to commit to 12 weeks as by that time you’ll see the benefits and be hooked on a daily mind practice that will change your life.
