In my class, you will learn why your mind has become this way, and how to counter it with practical tools that can be used every day. You’ll have the opportunity to understand your unique patterns and leave feeling confident and more in control of your mind. How the six weeks are broken down into hourly sessions:

  • Week Three: The toolkit for the mind- looking at all the tools available to help you change your mind

  • Week Four: What stays what goes - time to clean out the mind and decide what to keep and what needs to go

  • Week Five: The new you - building a vision of who you want to become

  • Week Six: Mind Happiness - reviewing your success and mapping out a 90-day plan

    By the end of the course, you will have started to build a relationship with your mind that will have you walking towards a happy calm mind.
